In addition to gaining access to the effective negotiation and representation provided by the Association, VOA members can avail of a range of services including:

Income Protection - In return for a modest fortnightly contribution (0.94% of salary) that is eligible to income tax relief, this Plan helps provide you with an income of up to 75% of your pre-disability salary in the event that you fall ill. The policy is underwritten by New Ireland and the brokers are Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd.

Group Life Insurance- In return for a modest fortnightly contribution (0.88% of salary) that is eligible for income tax relief, this Plan provides death benefit equivalent to twice your annual salary. The policy is underwritten by New Ireland and the brokers are Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd.

The Veterinary Assistance Programme is provided by the Irish Veterinary Benevolent Fund. It aims to promote positive mental health and to provide crisis response at times of extreme stress.
